Working With Us

By engaging Shan Ibrahim & Co you agree to the terms below. These terms work alongside service-specific agreements and the professional standards set by local regulators in Pakistan.

Engagement & Scope

Service engagements begin once a written proposal or letter of engagement is accepted. Each agreement outlines the precise scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide complete and accurate information in a timely manner, including access to accounting systems, documentation, and relevant personnel, so that we can deliver agreed services.

Fees & Payment

Fees are billed according to the agreed schedule. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may pause service delivery until the account is settled.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except when required by law or with explicit client consent.

Limitation of Liability

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Shan Ibrahim & Co is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by clients or from actions taken without our written advice. Any liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Completed work and any outstanding fees become payable immediately on termination.
